Performance Management Referrals, commonly referred to as formal EAP referrals ― or as we like to call them, Work Performance Improvement Coaching cases ― are based upon a pattern of unacceptable work performance. Our Work Performance Improvement Coaching services can help employees make needed changes in their performance. Examples of issues we can help with include:
Work-quality problems: Missed deadlines, errors
Attendance/Tardiness: Abuse of breaks
Conduct/Appearance: Conflict, hygiene issues, judgment
Attitude/Demeanor: Complaints from co-workers, customers, overreactions to feedback, etc.
We begin by assessing each employee's situation, identify their unique needs, and then help them create an action plan for improvement.
